What is BBC?

BBC stands for Building Better Communities – a name applied to
an initiative that is enhancing the delivery of sport, culture and recreation programming and services, which are funded by the Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust Fund, across the province. The BBC initiative began with community consultations, which led to a final report and recommendations. Currently, the BBC initiative is focusing on the amalgamation of regional recreation associations and sport zone council delivery systems into nine Sport, Culture and Recreation District organizations.
